很多媒体对归零币、空气币、传销币的概念是模糊，随着熊市“寒冬”，打磨一下“归零币”概念。
Many media outlets are vague about the concept of coins, air coins, currency transfers, and, with the bear city “cold winters”, grind the concept of “zero coins”.
一.媒体眼中的“归零币”
i. In the eyes of the media, the word “zero”
不少媒体对“归零币”的特征进行总结，大致有五个方面特点：
The characteristics of the “zero currency” have been summarized in a number of media outlets and are broadly characterized in five ways:
1.项目方的介绍文案中常常出现“颠覆”、“全球最强”等很虚的字眼；

2.白皮书造假、错漏百出。捏造项目背景、从网上抠来明星或教授图片做头像、冒用其他机构名义。

4.关键人出现反转。项目负责人说话前后不一致，站台人反口说与项目无关，以及发起人跑路等。

5.违反当地法规。监管措施、禁令实施下来，就能让项目瞬间停摆、归零。美国证监会以Centra违反联邦证券法，叫停项目、逮捕创始人，CTR停止流通，币价直接归零。

二.怎样才算是“归零币”？

对“归零币”给出具体解释的并不多，比较有特点的是：

1.归零币往往是项目方放弃了项目，甚至放弃了在二级市场上做做样子的市值维护。

三.对“归零币”的理解
如果无法清楚界定“归零币”是什么，我决定先从“归零币”不是什么入手。

1.归零是一种结果，不包含任何动机和目的（与传销币、空气币恶意动机不同），很多初衷踏踏实实做的项目，因为资金、技术、团队等原因，也可能项目受阻，币价瀑布。凡是将动机与结果混淆的看法，总体上是不严谨的。

Zero is an outcome that does not contain any motive or purpose (as opposed to passing currency, air currency, malicious motives), and many projects that have been put on the ground because of funding, technology, team, etc., may also be blocked, currency falls. Any confusion between motivation and results is generally uncritical.
2.币价低不算归零，无论是从对应的法币价格还是跌幅比率，还都没有严格意义上的归零概念，以比特币为例，其最低价格与最高价格的比率看，也符合归零币的跌幅，所以才会“被死亡”318次，单纯从价格上尚不足与界定归零币。
The low value of the currency does not count as zero, and there is no concept of zero in the strict sense, either from the corresponding French currency price or from the drop rate. In the case of bitcoin, the ratio of the lowest to the highest price is also consistent with the fall of the zero currency, so that 318 “deaths” are “dead” and the price is not sufficiently defined and defined as zero.

归零币概念：项目以区块链技术、应用为主要目的，推进期间受不确定性因素影响，导致代币失去流动性、社区解散、项目永久终止，该项目代币所发行代币为“归零币”。所以，你手里的一些币，并不是真正意义上的“归零币”，如果百倍币、千倍币不是奇迹，跌幅99.9%有什么不能接受，留得青山在不怕没柴烧。
The concept of zero currency: The project, which is primarily aimed at block chain technology and applications, is subject to uncertainty during the push period, resulting in the loss of the money, the dissolution of the community, the permanent termination of the project and the issuance of the currency as “zero currency”. 四.手里“归零币”咋办？

对归零币的处理，研究发现竟然有很多“脑洞大开”的玩法（这些玩法里，很多是将归零币、空气币混淆对待的），诸如：
For the treatment of zeroes, studies have found that there are a lot of “brain holes” games (many of which are confused with coins and air coins), such as:
1.“归零币大狂欢“的游戏。某交易所组织过该类游戏，引入币圈屡试不爽的返佣机制。邀请的朋友中了奖，你能拿走奖金20%的返佣，一个要不断拉新才有的返佣机制。能参加这种有游戏，买到“空气币”也不足为奇了。
It is not surprising that you can participate in such games and buy “air coins.”
2.“破发币和归零币兑换实物”活动。某社区为了流量，推出凡是币圈投资过破发币、归零币者，皆可使用破发币、归零币兑换该社区的一线品牌西装和“贵族大米”五常大米，哈哈，估计还要倒贴一些法币，享受到的优惠和折扣也价值寥寥。

“There is no free lunch in the world”, some projects are cost-effective to attract traffic, to get a collection of market-educated “cooked vegetables”; some malicious projects use this as a cover, to play the money plate, to use the “recover” mentality and to play the “circumstance of flowers” game.
