在币圈，币民走的最多的就是项目方的套路。泡沫时期，虚假繁荣，连创始人团队都去喊单，眼看币价to the moon，却无法高位套现；熊市之期，项目方“熬夜加班”，对外公示团队在做事，需社区成员鼎力支持。据投资者相关爆料内容，今天来说一说泛娱链（IPT）的是与非。

泛娱链初现套路
泛娱链（IPT）官网信息显示，泛娱链是为泛娱乐领域提供金融服务和资源配置的公有链，实现泛娱乐要素市场（知识产权、人才、资源等）的优化配置，以消费为最终出口，促进产业发展，重塑行业规则。IPTChain依托区块链底层技术搭建应用生态，天然具备“开放平台”的基因，面向所有人开放。

泛娱链主要创始人为林灝和邹志龙。声称以文娱垂直行业设计的底层公有链，在文娱行业有着充足的资源，储备了5000多个网红，30多个明星，包括数位知名艺人。2017年7月份展开了1CO融资卖币，恰逢9月4号国家出台相关的文件明令禁止1CO，并要求项目方退还投资者的资产。

据IPT相关的投资者表述，9.4之后有很多人，多次要求项目方退币，项目方做了一部分退币登记，也退了部分小户，大户基本上都没有退到，很多大户的退币项目方不按国家9.4文件退。比如其中有个投资者投了13个BTC，要求退还13个BTC，但是项目方退币只退ETH，那时候BTC价格大约是ETH的十倍，13BTC大概能退到130个左右的ETH。

94时候本来币都跌了，投资者两三万买的BTC，9.4之后退BTC已经赔了不少，项目方不但不退币BTC，还说只能按ETH的比例退，如果按ETH退的话，算下来资金又差不多还得再缩水一大半。项目方给很多投资者退币是按5折或则七八折退，反正你愿意退就退，很多人都没有妥协，也有小部分人投资不多的选择了妥协，按5折或则七八折退币了。有的大户退了币以后，又被项目方给忽悠了，承诺各种好，保证要上币安，至少国内四大交易所的一到两家，总之不让投资者亏钱，就这样退了币的大户又被忽悠得把币转回去继续投资了。

IPT在10月以后陆续上了几家小型交易所，其中第一家是香港尚亚交易所，当时群里很多粉丝很高兴，还特意充了很多钱去进行高价购买，可是下单以后很多人发现不对，凡是IPT单个币的单价超过1元人民币单，会被尚亚交易所自动撤单。据一位尚亚交易人员透露，是泛娱链官方要求的，只要IPT单个币单价上1元都自动撤销，而且大金额的交易单也会被撤销，哪怕你挂5毛或则7、8毛都一样，只要金额稍微大一点都会被撤销，完全让IPT没有流量，他们要的就是不让这些铁粉解套退出，后面又上了一家他们自己的交易所CohnEgg（币蛋），这个完全是他们自己所控制的，因为币蛋创始人张寿松也是泛娱链的站台人之一，手里也有很多IPT，交易量也是不真实的，完全是幽灵单。目的是流通量不足的情况下，限制用户的流失。

11月的时候项目方又做了一个锁仓持币有收益的计划，起初很多人都不锁仓，泛娱链项目方还威胁投资者说，这个是为了项目更好的走下去，奉劝大家去锁仓，交易量不足没办法出货，只能进行锁仓计划。

12月中旬，泛娱链社区传出一个叫英雄链的项目。泛娱链创始人林灏还亲自给很多参与了泛娱链的投资者，还有他以前的大学同学致电，邀请大家去本家这个项目在柬埔寨的发布会。林灏在电话中多次强调叫大家带一些投资人去，林灏还强调说，王思聪也会参加，有可能马云也会参加，而且这次去柬埔寨只需要大家乘机到北京就可以了，剩下的费用都由他们出，只需要提供身份证就可以，此时林灝是以战略投资人参与到英雄链。后来到了柬埔寨根本就没有马云参加，更别说确定要去参会的王思聪了。

2018年1月3日泛娱链官方就对社区宣布可以用IPT私募HEC，社区成员拿到的兑换比例约为IPT:HEC=1:1.8。成本约为0.26远远低于英雄链0.6-0.9的私募价。受利好刺激，1月3日-1月5日泛娱链从0.5元飙升至0.7元。在英雄链众筹期间，还出现多次问大家手里还有没有IPT，他们要收IPT，创始人邹志龙次在群里说过这样的话，群里有个人还说他在6毛左右全抛了，这个时候官方的还骂他，说他傻X，他会后悔的。此外，邹志龙喊单也是大写的三个6.

英雄链于2018.1.15日上线币蛋,开盘首日便破发。后因虚假站台信息，导致币价奔溃，而在众多站台中唯一没站出来辟谣的就是林灝。此前自媒体金钱报，也曾通过英雄链与泛娱链ETH代投的打款地址，分析出英雄链与泛娱链有着共通的打款地址，实为同胞兄弟。

2018年3月份英雄链因涉嫌违法被立案侦查，交易所下线归0，投资者血本无归。但是反观泛娱链，按正常逻辑来说，英雄链为泛娱链带来种种利好，IPT投资者应该高兴才是。事实上，由于大部分投资者在11月份参与了锁仓，根本没有办法获利出逃。

维权之路漫漫
英雄链结束以后，IPT一直跌，跌到现在的一两分钱，而且投资者的币，直到目前都是锁仓的，等于钱没了，币也不在手里。之后，部分IPT投资者到北京泛娱链团队工作地（朝外SOHOB座1026室）去要求项目方退币，去了以后项目方拿了几份签了的合同，说项目在进行，各种好请大家放心，很快就是春天来临，去了的人看了合同以后又被他们以各种理由给搪塞回来。

据一位亏损40万左右的卢某表述，官方开直播互动的时候，邹志龙说项目多好，多有潜力，全球交易所想上哪家上哪家，可是在粉丝质疑项目方的时候，提出问题邹志龙回答不上来的时候，邹志龙怒了，直播的时候威胁粉丝和投资者：你们别他们惹毛了，不然保证让你们一个都赚不到。

8月中旬，项目方的各种表现大家都不在相信的时候，卢某和另一位投资者去了公司（朝外SOHOB座1026室），公司却是人去楼空，连隔壁签署了战略合作的公司都已经搬走了，搬走的原因是英雄链的人去这个地址进行了一次维权。
In mid-August, when none of the project's performances were believed, Luby and another investor went to the company (room 1026 for the Sohob exterior), but the company was empty, and even the company next door that signed the strategic cooperation had moved away because the hero chain had gone to that address to defend its rights.
卢某假装不知道，微信上联系了项目方的一位核心成员，班颖。就给班颖微信发了一个信息，问了一下公司地址，然后班颖就说，你们去公司了啊？我们已经换了地址，有什么来公司和你们说。随后到了公司，班颖就说，因为英雄链的人到公司来维权了一次，所以搬到了八里庄西里1号的远洋大厦61号楼1025室。卢某坦然这次就是来退币的，可是项目方的班颖说没钱，把投资者1CO众筹来的BTC和ETH都拿去发工资和租场地了。官方在群里也回复一直熬夜加班，认真做事。

卢某气愤的是，给他门的各种承诺一个没兑现，没有道理动他们的币。班颖承认退币，但是现在一下子拿不出来这么多钱，解释说连幕后最大股东陈满丽投资的300多万也拿去花光了。班颖表示，他会向陈满丽，林灏等其他大股东传达这个话，尽快给投资者退币，由于卢某情况特殊，用房子拿去贷款进行投资的，班颖说会优先处理他这种特殊情况的，让他们先等等。之后投资者各自回家，等待消息回复。可是他们等来的是官方不回答，电话不接，微信不回，卢某去群里曝光陈满丽，林灏等人的行为，却被官方的人员踢出了所有官方群。

Ben-in-law said that he would send that message to Chen Man-Ling, Lin-Ying and other major shareholders, and give it back to investors as soon as possible. Because of the unique circumstances of Lu, he would give priority to such a special case of investing in a house.
踢出群后卢某多次和项目方的人联系，他们都不怎么回信息，最后直接不回信息。10月中旬卢某再次来到了公司，由于公司的态度让他非常生气，这次他联系来了十多个受害人，他们要求项目方给我们说法，为什么不回他们的信息，不接电话。可当他们来到公司的时候，公司大门紧闭，人去楼空。
When they came to the company, the company closed its doors and people went empty.
迫于无奈他们去了北京金融局进行投诉，卢某坦然，他们诉求很简单，根据2017年国家七部委9.4发布的文件，要求项目方给我们退回BTC和ETH。
In the face of their inability to go to Beijing to lodge a complaint with the Beijing Financial Services Department, Lubón stated that their claim was simple and that, according to a document issued in 2017 by the seven ministries of the country, the project party was required to return us to BTC and ETH.
维权行动依旧在进行中……
The campaign for human rights is still under way.
违规禁退投资者资产，通过限制交易量，推出锁仓计划防止社区用户流失，锁仓期间推高币价制造虚假繁荣，但无法推出，最后再来个人去楼空，这大概就是币圈大多数项目方要玩的套路吧！
Infractions prevent investors from repossessing their assets, by limiting the volume of transactions, by launching lock-down plans to prevent community users from losing, by pushing up the price of the lock-up to create a false boom, but by not being able to do it, and then by going back to the empty building, is probably the way most of the projects in the currency ring are going to play!
