當非洲原產地咖啡遇上湖南天然原生態蜂蜜,會邂逅出怎樣的味覺盛宴?11月21日,“助力鄉村振興,攜手甜蜜事業暨小咖主2023蜂蜜系列新品發布會”在湖南自貿試驗區長沙片區雨花區塊小咖主咖啡夢工廠舉行。

On November 21st, “Sustaining the village, the sweet business, and the small curry owner’s new package of 2023 bees” was held at the Rainflake Small Curry Main Coffee Factory in the Long Sand Zone of the Hunan Trade Trial Zone.
本次新品發布會上,小咖主現場發布了4款蜂蜜咖啡新品:蜂巢拿鐵、蜂蜜芝士拿鐵、麥芽糖蜂蜜拿鐵、山茶花蜂蜜拿鐵。

2021年成立的小咖主是一家以非洲咖啡為原料的長沙本土咖啡品牌,是雨花區重點培育的新消費品牌,乘中非經貿博覽會和湖南自貿區平台的東風,進一步打通咖啡豆交易環節,通過線上交易平台與非洲咖啡庄園主直接溝通,簡化交易鏈路,銷售成本降低約30%。

“小小咖啡豆,承載大作用。”湖南省中非經貿合作研究會執行會長兼秘書長彭爭提到,小咖主咖啡的新產品不僅能夠幫助農民增收,還能促進中非經貿合作,實現共贏發展。

湘潭市蜂業發展基礎良好,從業人員超3萬名,每年創造蜂產品產值2億余元,在維護生態平衡、提高農作物產量、推動地方經濟發展、參與產業扶貧、促進農民增收等方面發揮著重要作用。
The bee industry is well-established, with over 30,000 employees, generating more than $200 million annually in bee products and playing an important role in maintaining the balance of life, increasing the production of agricultural crops, stimulating local economic development, participating in the production of poverty, and promoting the growth of farmers.
湘潭縣青年志願者協會會長、彭老倌養蜂專業合作社蜂農代表彭順說:“本次簽約搭建了產銷平台,拓寬了銷售渠道,將進一步提升湘潭蜂蜜的知名度和影響力。”(胡芳)
