The Korean MZ generation refers to people born between 1981 and 2010 and is a synthesis of the terms "M Generations" born between 1981 and 1996 and "Z Generations" born between 1997 and 2010.
MZ’s special feature is the good use of the Internet, mobile devices and social media, so it is called “Digital Natives (??)”. Since the beginning of their work, young people of this generation have experienced severe economic shocks, high youth unemployment , not expected to be affected by the new crown pneumonia epidemic in less than a few years.

Under economic pressure, MZ spends more money on self-styled and self-convincing, and spends money on goods of social value or special interest. Like many young Koreans, they buy products branded Marymond, which aims to promote the rights of Korean comfort women.
The term "digital indigenous people" refers to the generations who grew up in a variety of digital environments, familiar with online media, enjoy dynamic images, and express their values through social media. Koreans have generally grown up in social media, from Cyworld to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
Compared to the old generation's conservativeness, the MZ respected the differences between others, and believed that the way of life could be chosen, that it was more inclined to express personal values freely and that it was more inclusive of the diversity of society, unlike the parent generation, which believed that marriage was essential to the birth of a child, there were now a lot of non-maritals and topmen in Korea.
Young people of the MZ generation, on their journeys, pay more attention to experiences, challenges, feelings, etc., than tangible goods, to immobility or good memories, and coincide with the notion of "You Only Live One" that Koreans like.
Saramin
In November 2019, the Korean job-seeking website Saramin conducted an investigation of 283 companies, six out of every 10 companies said that MZ generations of young people were difficult to manage.
In order to communicate well with the MZ generation, it is important to understand the difference between them and the previous generation: the MZ people value truth, whether they express themselves honestly or the company honestly, and they have access to the Internet and the cell phone to express their views and believe that all "information" should be public, searchable, and cannot be accepted as a cover-up. If this happens, trust in the company will be lost in a moment.
In addition, the concepts of overtime, leave, and loyalty to the company have developed in the MZ generation. They see annual leave as a right to be used freely and without the need to inform them of the reasons for the leave, as long as their business is not affected.

The second-hand market, where the MZ generation is a consumer, is flourishing, with people buying unused items at low prices becoming the mainstream of new consumption.
The biggest cause of second-hand market activity is related to the economic downturn caused by the new crown pneumonia.
The company TDI, which specializes in large data surveys, uses the analysis platform Data Dragon to analyse the three Korea's second-hand trading platforms, which increased the number of people installed in the APPs by 22.9 per cent in September compared to January 2021, with rising prices and tight consumer pockets, increasing demand for second-hand trading platforms.
7. Investment and virtual currency

Many people have chosen to invest in stocks, virtual currency, etc., and even new investment platforms such as music copyright investment platforms, Korean cattle investment platforms such as Bancow.
1. N拋世代(N? )
“N abandons generations” is a new term for people who give up things in their lives, such as dating, marriage, childbearing, family, business, etc.
A large part of the MZ generation, under academic, loan and family pressure in the midst of intense competition in Korea, cannot afford the basic economy of life, and this "now" attitude is somewhat similar to the concept of the Ping clan that has emerged in China.
According to the National Bureau of Statistics, the wealth of the first 20 per cent is 35.2 times greater than that of the second 20 per cent, which is 33.2 times greater than in 2019, while the personal wealth of many MZ generations, inherited from their parents, is so strong that it is natural to help the next generation to grow their assets, leading to a growing polarization of wealth and a growing sense of deprivation among young people who cannot “reliably rely on their father”.
Living in an unattractive examination school is not of good quality and, apart from increasing the distance between people, young people believe that they cannot afford a house anyway, so be it now, and the search for the future is becoming less and less.
Although the young people of the MZ generation are under a lot of economic pressure, there are many new technological industries that have flourished in this era, such as internet-based media, unmanned cars, electronics, etc., and the prospects of industries that need to be used in the media or technology are very good.
As a result, while the MZ generation is under intergenerational pressure, there are more new developments than in the past.
In Taiwan and Korea, a new generation of young people with different life patterns and pressures due to the development of the times, but also because of the current situation, society will be able to have more creativity and development, hoping that you will share it today. Next time, we will see
