"01?" "b" found the Etherms
2014年初，美国德克萨斯州奥斯汀的一家分布式基金，请软件工程师吕旭军帮忙考察一个项目。它叫以太坊。
Early in 2014, a distributed fund in Austin, Texas, asked the software engineer, Lu Xu Army, to look into a project. It's called Etheria.
它的创始人叫Vitalik Buterin，是一个名不见经传的俄罗斯年轻人。这个20岁的年轻人，刚刚在Bitcoin Magazine上发表了一篇文章，标题口气很大：《以太坊：一个下一代加密货币和去中心化应用平台》。
Its founder, Vitalik Buterin, is an unknown Russian young man. This 20-year-old, just published an article on Bitcoin Magazine, entitled “Etheria: A Next Generation of Encrypted Currency and Decentralized Applications Platform”.

2014年，吕旭军与几个奥斯汀的朋友一起，创建了公证通（Factom）。

这是一家专注于数据存证的区块链公司，吕旭军是CTO。公司的名字也是他起的，来自拉丁文Factum，意为“确定的事实”。
This is a data-based block chain company, with the CTO in Lu Xu Army. The company’s name is also his. It comes from the Latin Factum, meaning “facts established”.

2015年9月，吕旭军应邀回到中国，到各地演讲。他发现，中国的市场巨大，中国人对于区块链的热情，也在逐渐升温。
In September 2015, Lu Xu Jun was invited back to China to speak. He found that China's market was huge and that Chinese enthusiasm for block chains was rising.

He was invited to become a Chinese digital money researcher. When he heard of the possibility of central banks issuing digital money, he was excited. He felt that “the block chain would give China a chance to meet the millennium”.
也是那一次，在参观北京金融博物馆时，他突然发现，博物馆里挂着自己的头像，以及公证通的介绍。
Also on that occasion, during a visit to the Beijing Finance Museum, he suddenly discovered that the museum had its own head on it, as well as notarized introductions.
“我做梦也没想到，自己的头像会被挂在博物馆。那种感觉是，你正在参与书写历史。”那一刻，吕旭军动了回国的念头。
"I didn't dream that my head would be hung up in a museum. The feeling was that you were involved in writing history." At that moment, the Lu Xu army moved back to the country.
那天，他还得到了一个纪念品：1980年美国国防部做的互联网雏形Aparnet设计图。它代表的，是早前一个伟大浪潮的起点。
On that day, he was also given a souvenir: an Internet prototype Aparnet design made by the United States Department of Defense in 1980. It represents the beginning of a great wave earlier.
他把它挂在自己的办公室，不时凝视，同时思考区块链的现在与未来。
He hangs it in his office, staring from time to time, while thinking about the present and future of the block chain.

2016年，吕旭军回国，与联合创办公证通的好友汪波一起，在中关村创办了网录科技，并获得千万级天使融资。
