2017年12月22日上午，由机械工业出版社大众图书分社和知名自媒体平台“发现与洞见”主办的“区块链：数字财富论坛：暨《区块链：量子财富观》一书研讨会”在北京举办。
On the morning of 22 December 2017, the Forum on Block Chains: Digital Wealth: A Seminar on Block Chains: A Quantum Wealth Perspective was held in Beijing, organized by the Mass Books Branch of the Mechanical Industry Publishing House and the well-known self-media platform Discovery and Insight.
机械工业出版社副社长陈海娟、清华大学iCerter导师韩锋、清华校友TMT协会副会长王学宗、重庆印链科技有限公司CEO王希建共同探讨了区块链对未来经济社会的影响，见证了这本书的诞生。
The book was born of Chen Haijun, Vice-President of the Mechanical Industry Press, ICerter Director, Qinghua University, Wang Xiaojun, Vice-President of the TMT Association of Qinghua Alumni, and CEO Heejiang, Chongqing Indian Chain Technology Ltd., who jointly explored the impact of block chains on future economic and social societies.

机械工业出版社副社长陈海娟讲到：“区块链不论在国内还是国外都是非常引人关注的领域，关于这方面的研究成果现在也有很多，都激发了大家广泛的兴趣。有人曾经说，区块链技术是继人类在取得像蒸汽机、电力和互联网之后又一项颠覆性的核心技术，有可能彻底地改变人类社会价值传递的方式。我认为不论有什么样的革命性突破和意义，探究永远在路上，整个的社会环境当中关于区块链的应用不论是金融层面、物流层面还是社会的公共服务层面，都有了很多典型的案例，这些案例也值得我们倍加关注。以至于有一些专家说，现在从全球来看，人类正在跑步进入区块链经济时代，而且区块链将重新定义整个世界。我觉得从这些角度来进行理解和思考的话，无疑区块链应该是我们关注的热点领域。”

基于这样的大背景，机械工业出版社于2017年7月份携手韩锋老师共同出版和发行了《区块链：量子财富观》一书，这本书一上市就受到了众多专家和读者的一致好评，在短短的半年时间里已经印刷6次。这本书的影响力毋庸置疑，该书详细地阐述了区块链的物理基础，指出了在数字财富时代新财富产生的途径。

重庆印链科技有限公司CEO王希建说：2017年无疑是区块链技术非常火爆的一年，不论是在技术上，还是在应用落地上，在行业圈里面，产生了非常大的影响。据经信委有关数据统计显示，2017年全球区块链的创业企业在美国有300多家，在中国有100多家，在日本有70多家。这个数据显示，在技术上我们和美国、日本之间的差距是很小的，创业的团队数量也是非常接近的，这也是我们国家目前和全球水平最接近的一个技术创新领域。
According to the Commission’s data, in 2017 there were more than 300 business start-ups in the United States, more than 100 in China, and more than 70 in Japan. The data show that the technological gap between us and the United States and Japan is small, and the number of entrepreneurial teams is very close, which is one of the closest technological innovations to our country’s current and global levels.

物流环节的造假数据和调包的情况很多，印链科技与中国邮政配合，通过区块链将一物一码技术清晰地记录在系统当中。到了消费者手中之后，通过扫一物一码就能够看到，首先有真虚信息的记录，又有物流信息，以及生产环节，每个节点的信息，都能够通过扫产品上的一物一码来了解信息，而且这些信息是记录在区块链之后就改不了的。如果对一个产品置疑，就可以通过这些信息来进行置疑。

恋友电信董事长王学宗的演讲主题是区块链与未来的技术的连接。王学宗从一个应用者的角度，或者是投资爱好者的角度，谈了自己对区块链连接未来的认识。他讲到，第一，区块链是一种特殊的技术，创造了社会连接的基础和基础标签，区块链是一种底层代码的新技术，是新型社会的替代，取代原来的互联网技术，成为另外一个大家相互可靠的忠诚的，打假的，这个社会未来的最大的整体，保护知识产权，保护技术创新。第二，区块链里面特别有意思的是数字财富，数字货币。大数据，一切信息都在区块链进行存储，都是财富。有这两个认识，区块链可以连接一切东西，和人工智能、物联网，跟任何一个东西结合。区块链一定是连接未来的，广泛的，暴风骤雨般的，颠覆性的连接未来。在未来30年，区块链技术一定会成为人类社会世界公民一家的连接技术，消除数字鸿沟，贫富鸿沟，消除社会阶层鸿沟。

而这一数字经济的发展机遇，离不开金融科技领域区块链技术的助推。韩锋早在2013年就展开对区块链技术背后的理论研究，结合多年在清华深耕的量子物理学背景，主编了《区块链：量子财富观》。此次在美国赠书予特朗普总统后，量子财富观理论在华尔街也引起了不小反响，在总统早餐会后一周，美国德勤总部就邀请韩锋就相关主题发表演讲。会上韩锋介绍：量子的世界观是看见的世界后面，还有一个看不见的世界（非定域、纠缠）。而大数据的出现，则可以把传统的因果关系无法描述的那些看不见的经济资源描述出来（人脉、创意、企业文化、朋友圈等），通过区块链的确权和转移合规，使这些数字变成财富。韩锋同时还在美国德勤介绍了现在参与的创业项目亦来云。这是韩锋清华的大师兄陈榕创业十七年的操作系统，现在和区块链结合，能为大型去中心化应用dapp提供安全可信的运行环境，作为区块链航母，让数字经济把大量dapp数据变成每个人的财富创造了必要的条件，使数字经济发展成智能经济。

在讲话中，韩峰老师首先回顾了自己对著作书名“量子财富观”的思索。他谈到，自己一直在思考量子能不能跟财富观这样的概念，跟区块链结合起来。金融界的人士接触到区块链之后，最容易想到的词，包括创造了一个词，叫价值互联网，但价值互联网传递价值并不能让价值升值，而区块链之所以给人类来全新的时代，根本的原因是能够创造新的财富。这是对人类的财富观的一个最重大的挑战。
In his speech, Mr. Han Fung began by recalling his thoughts about the book's title, Quantum Wealth View. He said that he had been thinking about whether quantum could be combined with the concept of wealth, and with the chain of blocks. The easiest words to come from the financial world, including the creation of a word called value Internet, did not allow value to be appreciated, but the fundamental reason for the new era that the chain gave to humanity was the ability to create new wealth.
韩峰老师讲到，陈志武教授的《金融逻辑》中举了很多数据，一个典型的数据就是美国的2006年的数据，还是十年前的数据，美国的金融资本市场，股票加起来129万亿美元，将近是GDP的十倍，这是美国财富的本质和象征，表面上看着完全不是实物，那种东西以前是纸，现在纸都不是，就是电脑里的数据，本质是变现未来的财富，是财富的一种未来时。只要人类的创新不停止，这个逻辑就会继续下去，总有新的创新企业来变现。
Professor Hanson mentioned that Professor Chen's Financial Logic contained a lot of data, a typical figure being that of the United States in 2006, or 10 years ago, the US financial capital market, with equities totalling $129 trillion, almost 10 times the value of GDP, which is the essence and symbol of America's wealth, ostensibly totally non-physical, paper, now paper, computer data, the essence of which is the realization of future wealth, and a future of wealth. As long as human innovation does not stop, this logic will continue, and there will always be new innovative firms to make it happen.
这个逻辑运行下去，最根本的保证就是一定要保护个人资产，在一个资产的转移时一定要合约，因为只有把信用建立起来了，大家才敢相信未来的财富。
The fundamental guarantee that this logic continues is the need to protect personal assets and to contract when an asset is transferred, because it is only when credit is put in place that people can believe in future wealth.
区块链让人们看到了希望。一旦有了区块链，未来就不再是不是价值互联网，而是财富互联网，未来能够产生财富，是能够变现的。谁先建立了这样的意识，先抓住机会了，谁就能享受到当下财富的好处，我希望《区块链》这本书，至少能够对于大家建立未来的财富观，这个过程，包括了我们共同会发现一个财富的新大陆，一切数据都可以变成财富，希望我们张开双臂，迎接这么一个全新的未来。
