2024年6月12日，香港证监会举行简报会，向6月1日后申请虚拟资产交易平台资格者说明其监管要求。据悉，6月1日，香港虚拟资产交易平台发牌制度过渡期正式结束，在此之后，所有在香港营运的虚拟资产交易平台均须取得香港证监会的牌照。

同样在去年11月24日，香港盈透证券也已获得香港零售客户虚拟资产交易的许可，允许交易比特币和以太坊。

交易门槛100美元起步

记者在某香港券商官网上注意到，投资者要在券商APP上交易比特币等虚拟资产，需要开立一个虚拟资产的账户。开立虚拟资产有一定的步骤，完成个人证券账户或公司证券账户开户；证券账户完成开户后，以电子或纸本表格填写及签署以下4份文件：虚拟资产交易之附加协议、虚拟资产附加风险披露声明书、风险承受能力问卷、虚拟资产知识及经验问卷。

Journalists note on the website of a Hong Kong voucher officer that investors need to open an account of virtual assets, such as Bitcoin, to be traded on a voucher dealer’s APP. Virtual assets are opened with steps to complete opening of personal securities accounts or corporate securities accounts; once securities accounts are opened, the following four documents are completed and signed in electronic or paper form: an additional protocol for virtual asset transactions, a virtual asset additional risk disclosure statement, a risk tolerance questionnaire, a virtual asset knowledge and experience questionnaire.

据悉，券商对虚拟资产的交易设置了较低的入场门槛，交易门槛为100美元起，投资者可轻松入门进行虚拟资产的交易。投资者可通过券商的APP直接投资虚拟资产现货交易(VA Spot Trading)、虚拟资产有关的虚拟资产期货交易所买卖基金("VA Futures ETF")及私募基金("VA funds")。

对于虚拟资产的交易手续费用，不同的交易所收费标准略有区别。目前香港证监会仅批准了2家虚拟资产交易平台。对于OSL交易所，比特币（BTC）的费用是BTC0.001unit，以太币（ETH）的费用是ETH0.01unit。对于HashKey交易所，比特币（BTC）费用是0.0008unit，以太币（ETH）费用是ETH0.008unit。

记者获悉，目前，为吸引投资者参与，有的香港券商正开展一系列优惠活动。比如，对虚拟资产账户实行3个月的免佣优惠。
