（8）解决争议、调查任何投诉、索赔或争议、或任何实际或可以的非法行为；

(8) settlement of disputes, investigation of any complaint, claim or dispute, or any actual or possible unlawful act;

(9) Internal audit, data analysis and research of the company;

（10）通过跟踪用户对应用的使用情况进行用户行为分析；

(10) Conduct a user behaviour analysis by tracking users'use of applications;

We provide you with the option of “exact payment” in imToken, which allows you to store your wallet password through secure encryption algorithms in Keychain/Keystore, and to call your biometric (print or face) identification during the transaction and quickly complete the payment and signature.

三、您如何控制自己的信息

您在应用中拥有以下对您个人信息自主控制权：

You have the following autonomous control over your personal information in the application:

You can use synchronised wallets to import your other wallets into the application, or to import your applied wallets into other digital token management wallets. The application will show you the information about the imported wallets.

You are aware that you can modify your digital tokens, transfer and collect through the contents of the Assets section.

（2）因本政策引起的或与之相关的任何争议（包括任何有关其存在、有效性、终止的问题），双方应首先寻求和解。如果该争议在该和解程序开始后的30天内仍未解决，双方应将该争议提交至新加坡国际仲裁中心（简称“SIAC”），并通过遵循新加坡国际仲裁中心届时有效的仲裁规则（该规则被视为通过引用并入本条款），最终以仲裁的方式在新加坡予以解决。仲裁庭由一名仲裁员组成，由SIAC主席任命。仲裁语言为英语。每一方不可撤销地接受新加坡法院之非专属管辖权，以支持和协助根据本段前述内容进行的仲裁程序，包括在该程序的结果作出之前给予临时救济（如必要）。

(2) If the dispute remains unresolved for 30 days after the commencement of the settlement proceedings, the parties shall refer the dispute to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) (hereinafter referred to as “SIAC”) and shall ultimately resolve it in Singapore by arbitration by following the rules of arbitration in force at that time at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (which is considered to be incorporated by reference to this provision). The arbitral tribunal shall be composed of an arbitrator appointed by the Chairman of SIAC. The arbitration language is English. Each party shall irrevocably accept the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts to support and assist the arbitral proceedings under the preceding paragraph, including by granting interim relief (if necessary) pending the outcome of the proceedings.
