12月18日，2022上海“产业Web3.0”应用创新大赛总决赛以线上元宇宙形式决出最终获奖名次，管理学院的两只参赛队伍获得大赛雏鹰成长组二等奖1项，雏鹰创意组三等奖1项、企业赛道“航运科技”奖1项。本次大赛由上海市经济和信息化委员会、上海虹桥国际中央商务区管理委员会、上海市闵行区人民政府指导，上海市科创教育指导委员会、上海市教育学会、上海虹宇数智技术有限公司联合主办。

本届大赛以“链接价值、数赋产业”为主题，从Web3.0的角度出题，依据数字经济产业需求，组织大学生和各个行业企业报名参赛，为产业侧提供优秀的科技创新人才。赛题内容覆盖工科、法律、财经、商科等各类专业，强调研究和解决方案的原创性、团队合作及结果的创新性，吸引了得复旦大学、上海交通大学、南京大学、同济大学、东南大学、山东大学、华东师范大学等来国内外70所高校的学子参加。
The theme of the competition was “Link value, digital industry” from the Web 3.0 point of view, and students and industry firms were enrolled in the competition, according to the needs of the digital economy, to provide high-quality science, technology and innovation skills at the industrial level. The competition covered a wide range of fields such as engineering, law, finance, business, etc., emphasizing the originality of research and solutions, teamwork and innovation of results, and attracted students from 70 higher educational institutions from around the country and abroad, including the University of Shanghai Transport, the University of Nanjing, the University of Yongzi, the University of Southeast Asia, the University of Shandong, the University of Huadong Teacher College.
获得企业赛道“航运科技”奖和雏鹰成长组二等奖的“做的都对”团队由管理学院的四位研究生构成，团队基于Web 3.0数字孪生、区块链技术的框架，进行算法研究实现了飞行器停机坪分配、地勤车辆作业调度以及飞行器与车辆的路径优化；并开发了民航机场地面运行优化辅助决策平台，实时地可视化展示机场地面状况及决策结果。实现了物理空间和虚拟空间的实时交互，有效解决了机场高峰时期地面运行管理的相关问题。
The “does” of the corporate track “Shiptech” award and the Eagle Growing Group 2 award are “doing the right” team, made up of four graduate students from the Institute of Management, and based on the framework of Web 3.0 digital birth, block chain technology, arithmetic studies have resulted in the optimization of vehicle parking, ground-handling vehicle operations, and vehicle and vehicle paths; and the development of the Civil Aviation Airport Ground Operation Optimization Auxiliary Decision-making Platform, which provides real-time visualization of the airport's ground situation and decision-making outcomes. Real-time interaction between physical and virtual space has been achieved, effectively addressing issues related to ground operation management during airport peaks.
获得雏鹰创意组三等奖的“老电工队”团队，由管理学院的五位本科生构成，团队运用仿真平台建立数字孪生智慧机场系统，通过决策脑、专业脑及单元脑的系统架构，实现了航班保障进程关键时间节点的精准预测以及多种冲突预警，通过优化算法等提出解决方案并在系统中可视化展示，辅助人工决策。
The “old electric team” team, which received a third-class award from the Eagle Creative Group, is composed of five undergraduates from the Institute of Management, using a simulation platform to build a digital twin wisdom airport system, achieves accurate predictions of key time nodes of the flight guarantee process and multiple conflict warnings, and supports manual decision-making by optimizing algorithms and visualizing them in the system.
管理学院长期以来专注落实创新驱动战略，重视教学研究与产业化对接融通，结合学校“三航”领域优势，致力于打造智慧民航物流运营优化研究特色。目前已与东航技术应用研发中心有限公司联合设立“东航研发中心——西工大管理学院民航管理科学科创工作站”，组建获批“智慧民航运维管理”陕西高校青年创新团队。本次参赛的两支队伍指导教师薛力为该团队教师成员，获奖同学均参与过该团队相关前沿课程和科研培训。
The Institute of Management has long focused on implementing an innovation-driven strategy, focusing on the convergence of teaching research and industrialization, combining the strengths of the school in the area of “three flights” with a view to creating an optimal research feature for the operation of intelligent civil aviation logistics. The Centre for Research and Development for the Applied Technology of East China, Inc., has now been established jointly with the Centre for Research and Development of East Navigation — the Scientific Research Station for the Management of Civil Aviation of the University of West Industry and Industry — to form a youth innovation team that has been approved as the “Manifest Management of Wise People's Shipping.” Two teams have guided Xue Li as members of the team, and winning students have participated in the team's cutting-edge courses and scientific training.
