芝商所和CryptoFacilitiesLtd.宣布推出芝商所CF比特币参考汇率 (BRR) 和芝商所CF比特币实时指数 (RTI)，这是采取独立监督的标准化参考汇率和现货价格指数，旨在加快实现比特币交易的专业化，进一步将数字资产列为新的资产类别。BRR和RTI将于2016年9月中旬开始贝塔测试，预期将在2016年第4季度正式推出。

The Institute and CryptoFacilities Ltd. announced the roll-out of the CFbit currency reference exchange rate (BRR) and the CFbit currency real-time index (RTI) of the SSC, which are independently monitored standardized reference exchange rates and spot price indices aimed at accelerating the specialization of Bitcoin transactions and further classifying digital assets as new asset classes. BRR and RTI will start testing at Beta in mid-September 2016 and are expected to be officially launched in the fourth quarter of 2016.

芝商所正与若干比特币交易所和交易平台协作提供价格数据，包括Bitfinex、Bitstamp、Coinbase、GenesisGlobal Trading、itBit和Kraken。

CF bitcoin reference exchange rate (BRR)

BRR汇集比特币现货主力交易所在特定计算期间的交易流量，从中得出比特币的每日美元参考汇率。计算汇率遵循最大透明度的规则，并且可在标的现货市场实时复制。

BRR brings together the transactions of the Bitcoin spot exchange during a given calculation period, from which the daily United States dollar reference exchange rate for bitcoins is derived. The exchange rate is calculated in accordance with the rules of maximum transparency and can be replicated in real time in the target spot market.

BRR价格将在每个交易日伦敦时间16:00时发布。

BRR prices will be released at 16:00 London Time on each trading day.

芝商所和CryptoFacilitiesLtd.参照国际证券委员会组织(ISOCO)的金融基准指标原则设计BRR。

ISF and CryptoFacilities Ltd. design BRR based on the International Organization of Securities Commissions (ISOCO) principles for financial benchmark indicators.

CFbitcoin real-time index (RTI)

RTI汇集全球比特币买卖需求，得出综合买卖盘记录，反映比特币的实时公平美元价格。该指数遵循低延时和及时性的原则，完全以前瞻性输入数据为依据。

RTI brings together the global demand for bitcoin to produce a comprehensive trading board record reflecting the real-time fair dollar price of bitcoins. The index follows the principles of low delay and timeliness and is based entirely on forward input data.

RTI将每隔一秒发布一次，适合标记比特币风险较高的投资组合、执行当日比特币交易和风险管理。

RTI will be issued every one second and will be suitable to mark a portfolio with higher Bitcoin risk, to carry out Bitcoin transactions and to manage risk on that date.
