The standard allows developers to make their own tokens on the ETH chain. If the developers want to create a token, they have to complete all the criteria, and one less cannot create a work on the ERC-20.
近期比较火的一个概念就是NFT（Non-Fungible Token）非同质化代币，表示代币之间属性完全不相同，存在差异，而这些差异和我们现实生活中的物品类似，比如音乐，艺术，房产，网址等，都是非同质化的，即便可能无聊猴头像NFT每一个都有一个类似的猴子特征，但每一个都不一样，同样房产业不可能一样，楼层，光照，通风都有区别。
